Rosauto’s BIO70S is an automatic washer designed to clean two spray guns with the air cap on, placed on a dedicated nozzle inside the tank.

The patented washing system alternately injects liquid and strong pulses of compressed air, resulting in a perfect cleaning of the needle and the internal part of the conical nozzle without disassembling them from the spray gun. The inside of the air cap and the conical nozzle are also perfectly washed.

At the end of the cycle, the dual action timer automatically stops the washing pump and delivers a powerful jet of compressed air both into both the paint and the air channel, ensuring the removal of all traces of liquid inside the gun.
